How It Works
SCORING SYSTEM
The KBL ranking system tracks individual and crew performance across all sanctioned events throughout the season.
Earn Points
Points are awarded at every KBL-sanctioned event based on your placement in your age and skill division.
Climb the Rankings
Points accumulate throughout the season. The more events you attend, the higher you can climb in the standings.
Compete for the Championship
Top-ranked breakers at the end of the season earn a spot in the KBL Championship Series.
POINTS PER PLACEMENT
RANKING RULES
Points are awarded per division (age group and skill level). Rankings are tracked separately for each division.
A breaker must compete in at least 2 sanctioned KBL events to qualify for end-of-season championship consideration.
Crew rankings are calculated by combining the top 3 individual scores from crew members at each event.
In the event of a tie in the standings, the breaker with more event appearances will be ranked higher.
Rankings are updated within 7 days of each sanctioned event.
The KBL reserves the right to adjust the scoring system between seasons. All changes will be announced before the season begins.
